Biography

Cape Town Three Sopranos
Introduction

The Cape Town Three Sopranos was established as a group in 2002. The original members were Natalie Dickson (soprano), Beverley Chiat (coloratura soprano) and Violina Anguelov (mezzo-soprano). The idea for the group and the repertoire was that of Natalie Dickson. In 2003 Natalie was accepted into the Royal College of Music in London after which soprano Liesl Hartje was invited to join us. Our goal for this group of talented opera trained singers was to present the popular opera, operetta and musical favorites in a program which was entertaining to look at and beautifully sung. We have had great success in achieving that ever since. The group is regularly invited to perform at concerts in and around Cape Town and is received warmly by the audiences.
